george james ltd was founded in 1999 to provide successful recruitment and training services to the technology and science sector. The business has grown year on year since its founding and continues to expand both its’ domestic and international customer base.
One of the Company’s proudest achievement is the high ratio of repeat and referral business, with over 90% of customers having engaged george james ltd on at least five projects. This success reflects the knowledge and experience of the team who, prior to joining george james ltd, have enjoyed success in C Level positions across the industries we serve.
In addition to enjoying commercial and career success before joining the Company our team is academically strong, including PhDs & MBAs.
Our market knowledge and experience is kept up to date with george james ltd team members holding Chairman, NED positions and Angel investing.
In 2013 george james ltd joined with J&J Innovation, as Founding Partners of the Innovation Forum. The goal of this not for profit, volunteer led organisation, being to accelerate the process of technology companies moving from early stage idea to commercial success via a global network of leading industry contacts, investors, regulators and researchers
Utilizing this in-depth market understanding george james ltd has successfully assisted companies with fundraising and trade sales.
In 2017 the Company embarked on a major new initiative with the launch of a Consulting Division following the acquisition of JBA Consulting Limited to strengthen this service offering. The key consulting offer is the formulation of Accelerated Growth and Internationalisation strategies and associated implementation services. The goal is to help shareholders to realise their exit ambitions and we work closely with an international network of Private Equity, Venture Capital and M&A firms. Our new Consulting Division also extends our experience, knowledge and network in to the B-B enterprise software market.
